Daylight Saving (End)

November 1

The end of Daylight Saving Time is observed in spirit as we adjust to shorter days and changes in our daily rhythms. Although no formal event will be held, this transition offers an opportunity to focus on rest, balance, and mental well-being. As daylight decreases, we are encouraged to be mindful of sleep patterns, energy levels, and emotional health, while practicing self-care and supporting one another through seasonal change. Don’t forget to set your clock 1 hour ahead.
